VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON

Sessions for couples or individuals

Talk therapy is an important component in the process of developing healthy relationships with yourself and with others. We think of therapy as necessary routine maintenance, like you would perform on your car's engine.

VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON THERAPY

for Individuals

Maybe you're feeling stuck in the same old patterns of behavior—anxiety, pushing people away, masking your true emotions with busyness. There is hope, we can help, and it is never too late to turn over a new leaf.

My hour-long individual sessions are designed to help you get to the bottom of things so you can understand what isn't (and is!) working, identify solutions, practice new patterns of thought and behavior, and move forward.

There is no "typical" therapy format. Sometimes my clients meet weekly for several weeks, then taper to every other week. Some clients have met weekly for years. Therapy is offered in-person at my office in Montrose, or virtually (from anywhere in Texas). Not in Texas? Check out my game plan coaching sessions.

IN-PERSON THERAPY

for Couples

Your intimate partner is perhaps the most important external relationship in your life because it is the foundation of all your other day-to-day realities. If your primary relationship works, your life works. If your primary relationship doesn't work... it's time for some maintenance.

My hour-long couples sessions are designed to draw out the conversations that you're avoiding—either because the emotions are too complex or because you can't find the words to convey what your'e thinking. I have the experience to facilitate productive discovery and discussion and guide you to powerful solutions that you can put into practice right away. Stop spinning your wheels; it's time to get some work done.

Therapy is offered in-person at my office in the Museum District (Houston).

I've really enjoyed my time with Leanne. She has really connected the dots for me and helped me realize that I was getting emotionally abused (my words not hers) in the relationship I was in. I knew things didn't feel right, but I could never put them into words because the guy was so sneaky and manipulative with his words and put on such a façade. She helped me realized that my mom did those same things to me. I always knew I had mother issues, and have distance myself, but I never realized it was carrying into my relationships! I've cried and learned SO MUCH, and she has helped me minute by minute with the forgiveness and realization process. It is probably the hardest thing, but at least I've started. I've recommended so many of my friends to her."
